Calculator information

The yarn measurements and options entered into the calculator are processed in your browser to generate the result. They are not submitted to Match My Yarn or used to create a user profile. Please do not enter names, contact details or other personal information into calculator fields.

Server and security logs

The hosting provider and WordPress may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, date and time, referring page and error or security information. This is used to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to provide so that we can respond and maintain a reasonable record of the correspondence.
